The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Johnny Banks can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Thank you all so much for your kind words. The family appreciates them. My dad had a lot of friends and was a great man. He served his country and this small town well. I will miss him. I know he is at peace. Thank you all again.

Condolence From: Wayne and Nancy Beck
Condolence: Johnny was a man who loved his family, friends and his country. He was always participating in the events of Spencer (the fair, the relay for life, volunteer firefighting unit and etc.). He was a man of his word and never failed to offer his help when we saw a need. He will be sorely missed but now he is finally at peace and made whole again by his Lord and Savior. Praying for comfort and love for his family that he loved so very much.
