Johnny Floyd Banks, 70 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, November 28, 2016, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.
Johnny was born Tuesday, July 30, 1946 in Spencer, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Joe Banks and Mable Banks.
Johnny is survived by his:
daughter - Kimberly Lou Ann Myers and husband Paul of Rock Island
2 sons - Jody Kyle Banks of Spencer
James Kelly Banks of Spencer
sister - Margaret Ann Rhea of Spencer
3 grandsons - Ethan Wallace of Spencer
Kyler Banks of Sparta
Kage Banks of Sparta
2 granddaughters - Abigail Frasier and husband Albert of Rock Island
Josie Banks of Sparta
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Spencer Funeral Home with Wayne Sullivan and Darrell Nance officiating. Interment will be in Molloy Cemetery, Spencer, TN. Veteran Honors will be given by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 9 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, and again Wednesday from 8 AM to 1 PM at Spencer Funeral Home, 16000 Hwy 111 N., Spencer, Tennessee.
