Gerald Dwain "Jerry " Koontz, age 57 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, December 7, 2016,
Jerry was born Sunday, June 28, 1959 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he was the son of the late Fredrick Koontz and Eva Frasier Koontz.
Jerry is survived by his:
wife - Betty Quist Koontz
daughter - Tiffany Marie Koontz
son - Damien Simon Koontz
3 brothers - Bill Koontz and wife Patty
Tony Koontz and wife Cricket
Timmy Koontz
father-in-law - Ronald Quist
several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be at 4:00 PM on Sunday at Spencer Church of Christ located at 409 Church St. Spencer, Tennessee 38585 with R.C. Christian and Trence Baker officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expences.
