William Eugene "Billy" Miller, age 76 of Spencer, Tennessee passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.

Billy was born Wednesday, September 29, 1943 in Spencer, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Floyd Miller and the late Nanna Passons Miller.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his son William Miller, sister Faye Grissom, and brother Bobby Miller.

Billy is survived by his cousin Karen Passons Barnes of Nashville
many nieces, nephews, special friends and caregivers also survive.

Billy's easy-going personality, sweet nature, and love for life were contagious, He will be Missed.

A Celebration of his life will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday at Spencer Funeral Home with Brother Isacc Privett officiating. Interment will be in Molloy Cemetery, Spencer, TN.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at Spencer Funeral Home, 16000 Hwy 111 N., Spencer, Tennessee.

Billy will forever remain in our hearts and minds.
