Obituary for Verinna Hamlin Brock (Hamlin)
Verinna Hamlin Brock, age 78 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at her home.
Born Wednesday, May 21, 1941 in Spencer, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Brown Hamlin and the late Laura Dodson Hamlin.
Verinna is survived by her:
daughter - Sandra Turney and husband Terry
granddaughter - Brittany Flinchum and husband Kane
brother-in-law - Meredith Brock
2 sister-in-laws - Sea Willow Bolton, Judy Brock
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Verinna was preceded in death by her loving husband John David Brock, two brothers James Leffie Hamlin and Eston Hamlin, sister Ann Hightower, brothers and sisters-in-law Sam Brock, Josephine Canfield, Mary Sullivan, June Brock, Elizabeth Foster, Sarah Ruden, and R.K. Brock.

A Funeral service will be at 1 PM on Thursday at Spencer Funeral Home located at 16000 Hwy 111 N. Spencer, Tennessee 38585 with the Gene Brock officiating. Interment will be in Molloy Cemetery, Spencer, TN.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 and again Thursday 8 AM to 1 PM at Spencer Funeral Home, 16000 Hwy 111 N., Spencer, Tennessee.
