Sarah Luella Johnson, age 68 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, July 21, 2017, at her home.
Sarah was born Wednesday, April 6, 1949 in Spencer, Tennessee, she was preceded in death by her husband Buel Johnson, parents Lloyd Forsythe and Elizabeth Blanton Forsythe and a brother Jimmy Forsythe.
Sarah is survived by her:
3 sons - Stanley Johnson and wife Stacey
Stacy Johnson and Ronda Simmons
Casey Johnson
daughter - Lesley Evans and Sherry Sadler
8 grandchildren - Josh Mason, Amber Johnson, Jacob Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Justin Johnson, Haley Evans Josie Evans and J.T. Johnson
12 great grandchildren
3 sisters - Stella Louise Davis and husband Junior
Dorthy Jones and husband Boyd
Doris Forsythe
2 brothers - Eugene Forsythe and wife Barbara Gail
Jerry Wayne Forsythe
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survived.
A Funeral service will be at 2 PM on Tuesday at Spencer Funeral Home with Wayne Sullivan officiating. Interment will be in Spencer Town Cemetery, Spencer, TN.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 PM on Monday, July 24, 2017, and again Tuesday from 8 AM to 2 PM at Spencer Funeral Home, 16000 Hwy 111 N., Spencer, Tennessee.
