Charles Leo Caldwell, age 32 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, May 5, 2016.
Chuck was born Monday, June 27, 1983 in San Diego, California, he was the son of Charles Caldwell and Lorain Adkisson Caldwell.
Chuck is survived by his;
high school sweetheart and mother of his 3 beautiful daughters - Cassie Hillis
2 daughters - Cayleigh and Cami Caldwell
parents - Charles and Lorain Caldwell
2 sister -Amy Howard and husband Jeremy
Tina Kroger
brother - Kevin Caldwell and wife Nicole
grandmother - Lucille Caldwell
many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Chuck was preceded in death by a daughter Charley Caldwell, grandparents Deanna and Kayo Adkisson and Leo Caldwell
A funeral service will be at 11 AM on Tuesday at Spencer Funeral Home with Kevin Caldwell officiating. Interment will be in Spencer Town Cemetery, Spencer, TN.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 9 PM on Monday, May 9, 2016, and Tuesday from 8 to 11 AM at Spencer Funeral Home, 16000 Hwy 111 N., Spencer, Tennessee.
